Honeywell To Acquire SCADAfence, Strengthening Its Cybersecurity Software Portfolio
Honeywell (Nasdaq: HON) today announced it has agreed to acquire SCADAfence, a leading provider of operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity solutions for monitoring large-scale networks.
